The in-depth and repeated studies of existing people have found that the use of methyl cinnamate in the synthesis of sodium ozagrel is simple and the yield is high, which can directly reduce the price of drugs and reduce the economic burden on patients. The specific operation is methyl brommethyl cinnamate prepared by bromination of methyl p-methyl cinnamate by N-bromosuccinimide, and methyl bromomethyl cinnamate in N-butyl ionic liquid. The pyridinium tetrafluoroborate is alkaline hydrolyzed with imidazole after room temperature condensation to obtain the antithrombotic drug Ozagrel sodium with a total yield of 67%.
